  • All prices are starting prices per desk per month and are exclusive of GST (18%).
  • Printing and conference room allowances are per month and reset each billing cycle.
  • Additional meeting room hours and additional parking are charged separately at the applicable rates.

Parking policy

  • Parking is subject to availability.
  • Standard Workspace does not include parking.
  • Premium Workspace includes one car parking space and one bike parking space.
  • Luxury Workspace includes one car parking space and two bike parking spaces.
  • Any additional parking must be approved by the Covspace administration.
  • Additional parking charges are communicated separately, based on the applicable parking rates.
